How to cheat on Quizizz, and what actually works
Quizizz is now called Wayground, and its quizzes are timed: one click on a multiple-choice answer submits it. Scripts and bots ask you to run a stranger's code and break when the site changes, answer keys only fit one quiz, and a ChatGPT tab is slow against the clock. The answer shown right under the question, before you click, fits a timed quiz best.

How to cheat on Quizizz: the short answer
Most students who search how to cheat on Quizizz want one thing: to get the answer to the question in front of them before the timer runs out. That is a fair thing to want. The quiz is timed, the class is watching the leaderboard, and one click on a wrong tile is final.
The honest answer has three parts. First, Quizizz is now called Wayground, so a lot of old advice points at a site that has moved. Second, most "Quizizz cheats" you find are scripts, bots or answer lists, and each one asks something of you: running code, hunting for the right key, or switching tabs while the clock runs. Third, the one that fits a timed quiz best is the answer shown right under the question, before you click.
This guide goes through the tricks students try, what each one asks of you, and where the line is. It does not explain how to run any script or how to get past a setting your teacher chose. This guide is for students 13 and older.
The Quizizz tricks students try
Search Reddit or YouTube for Quizizz cheats and the same handful of tricks come up. The table puts each one next to what it asks of you and the catch.

Scripts, bots and "Quizizz hacks"
Most results for a Quizizz hack are code: userscripts, console snippets and bookmarklets, plus videos that show someone running them. They all ask you to run code you did not write, and they depend on how the page is built, so a change on the site can stop them. Answer keys
A Quizizz answer key only helps if it is for the exact quiz your teacher set. Searching for it costs time you do not have once the quiz starts, and a key for a different quiz gives you wrong answers with confidence.
A second tab with ChatGPT
This works for plain text, but it is slow on Quizizz. Each question has to be copied, a picture has to be described in words, and then you carry the answer back while the timer keeps going.
The timer and the one-click submit
Two things make Quizizz different from a normal online quiz. Questions are timed, and on Wayground a click on a multiple-choice answer submits it at once. There is no Submit button to stop at and no second look.

How to get answers on Quizizz, in 3 steps:
- Add Canvas Quiz Solver to Chrome on your laptop. It is the same extension Canvas students use.
- Join your quiz with the code at wayground.com/join (quizizz.com/join takes you there), as a guest or signed in, and click the extension's toolbar icon once. Answers turn on in that tab; tap "Keep it on for this site" in the popup so it stays on next time.
- Click the small icon under the question to see the answer, then click or type it yourself.
It clicks, submits and moves nothing on Wayground.
- No second tab. The answer is in the tab you are already in.
- All 11 question types. Multiple choice, select all, fill in the blank (one box per letter too), open ended, math answer box, drop-downs, drag words into blanks, matching, reorder, sort into categories and hotspot.
- Pictures too. Pictures in the question and in the answers are read.
- Discreet by default. The answer is small text in the page's own color, and it shows only when you click the icon.
- You stay in control. It never clicks, submits or moves a tile.
Answers come from AI and can be wrong, so check the ones that count. Nothing here promises a score.

What it will not do
Plainly, so nobody installs it for the wrong reason: Canvas Quiz Solver is not a bot that joins games, not a score changer, not a flooder and not a power-up hack. It does not edit the game in any way. It never clicks an answer, never submits and never moves a tile. It reads the question and shows the answer, and that is all.
What happens if a teacher thinks you cheated
The teacher decides, not the quiz site. Your school's academic honesty policy decides what happens next, and your teacher applies it. Canvas Quiz Solver does not change the results the quiz records: you still pick every answer.
